We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Kia OEM Parts Outlet. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you purchased the incorrect item and did not contact us prior to purchase with your VIN - Vehicle Identification Number, Then You will be required to pay the return shipping.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• All electrical items returned will be charged a 20% return fee.

Core Charge Return Policy

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges accrued to sending the core back. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.

In order for a core to be accepted for a refund it MUST meet the following criteria:

• The part must be sent back in the original box 
• The part must be the original OEM part.  You cannot send in a part from a different model, make, or year. 
• No external damage to the housing/part. 

Core must be returned in 30 days of delivery of your replacement part.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
